By creating an account, accessing, or using Quick Expense, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

The Service integrates with Google Sheets API and requires you to authenticate using your Google account. Your expense data is stored exclusively in your own Google Spreadsheet, not on our servers.
To use the Service, you must sign in using Google OAuth. By doing so, you grant us permission to access your Google account information (email address and basic profile) and your designated Google Spreadsheet with the following scope:

You are responsible for managing access permissions to your Google Spreadsheet. Quick Expense validates that you have appropriate access before performing read or write operations.
We do not verify the accuracy, completeness, or validity of the expense data you enter. You are solely responsible for the content you add to your spreadsheet through the Service.
Quick Expense and all related software, code, designs, logos, trademarks, and content (excluding your user-generated content) are owned by and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in Quick Expense except for the limited right to use the Service as expressly permitted by these Terms.
You retain all ownership rights to the expense data you create and store in your Google Spreadsheet. We do not claim any ownership over your data.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes.
Your expense data is stored exclusively in your own Google Spreadsheet. We do not store copies of your expense records on our servers.
We store minimal configuration data (such as your spreadsheet link) associated with your Google email address on our backend servers located in Frankfurt, Germany.
Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it carefully.

Your use of Google's services is subject to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for Google's services, policies, or any interruptions to their availability.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these third parties. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.
We strive to maintain the Service's availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable due to:

While your data is stored in your Google Spreadsheet, we are not responsible for:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY:
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM (WHICH, FOR FREE SERVICES, IS ZERO).
